Before you start.
Is the website actually free?
The design and build of the agreed one-page website has a £0 build fee. To receive it, you must take the managed hosting, maintenance and support service at £49 per month for at least 12 months. Your minimum payment is therefore £588.
When is the first payment taken?
Stripe takes the first £49 payment when you sign up. The next payment is normally taken on the same date each month.
Is the domain name included?
No. You remain responsible for registering and renewing your domain. I can help you choose one and connect it to the website.
What happens after 12 months?
The service continues monthly at £49. You can give notice during month 11 to finish at the end of the minimum term, or cancel later with one month of notice.
Can I add more pages or features?
Yes. Additional pages, booking, quoting, e-commerce, CRM tools and other additions can be quoted separately without changing what is included in the original one-page build.
What do I need to provide?
You provide accurate business information, your logo, usable photographs, service details and any required legal wording. The onboarding form collects the first version of this brief.
