Opt-out handling
Do-not-contact records.
If you opt out, Yorkshire Digital may keep a limited record of your email address and opt-out request so the request can be respected. This is not used to keep marketing to you; it is used to avoid contacting you again by mistake.
No bought list approach
Marketing should be based on clear interest, not spam.
- Yorkshire Digital does not treat a general enquiry as automatic permission for unrelated promotional email.
- Marketing consent should be optional, specific and recorded where consent is used.
- Corporate B2B contact may still be screened against do-not-contact requests.
