Storage
Website files and static assets are hosted through the website hosting/deployment provider. Serverless functions may process form submissions and demo requests.
CRM and booking-system records are stored in the configured database provider. This can include enquiries, customers, jobs, invoices, payment status and automated email records.
Emails sent to or from Yorkshire Digital, or sent by the CRM workflow, may be stored by the email provider and in relevant CRM records.
Stripe handles payment processing. The CRM may store payment status, deposit amounts, remaining balances and links, but full card details should remain with Stripe.
Providers may keep operational backups and logs for reliability, security and recovery. These may not be immediately deleted from every backup when a live record is removed.
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Yorkshire Digital uses established providers and relies on their published safeguards, contracts and transfer mechanisms where relevant.
